Our mission is to help our students become better Muslims and good citizens by teaching them the Quran, Sunnah, Sirah, Islamic principles, and values. In addition, we strive to teach our students to be proud of their Muslim identity and live in harmony with people of other religions and cultures.

Part-time: 1 to 4 hours per week. Available to teach on Sunday from 10:00am to 1:30am

Summary:  work with the head of Islamic Studies to teach approved curriculum

Responsibilities: Teach Sunday school students ages 4 to 17. Create lesson plans. Track progress of each student

Qualifications: Proficient in English. Previous experience is not required. Must enjoy working with youth and want to make a difference in their lives. Authorized to work in U.S

Pay: depends on qualifications. Range $15 to $25 per hour



Part-time: 1 to 4 hours per week. Available to teach on Sunday from 10:00am to 1:30am

Summary: Work NWICC Imam to teach students how to read Quran with proper Tajweed

Responsibilities: Help students memorize Surahs. Track progress of each student. Develop individualized plan for each students

Qualifications: Knowledge of Makhraij and Tajweed and be able to teach students. Proficient in English. Authorized to work in U.S

Pay: depends on qualifications. Range $15 to $25 per hour



Part-time: 1 to 2 hours per week. Available on Sunday from 11:00am to 1:30am

Summary: teach students elective classes such as Islamic medicine, astronomy, robotics/Islamic math, Arabic, Urdu, and Somalia, Islamic art/Calligraphy, Islamic Architecture, and 40 hadiths

Responsibilities: Sunday school is offering electives to students and we need people who have interest and have the passion to teach the elective classes

Qualifications: Knowledge of one the activities

Pay: depends on qualifications. Range $15 to $25 per hour


Part-time: 5 to 8 hours per week. Available on Friday.

Summary:  Coordinate and oversee youth services and build youth program. He or she must integrate recreational activities with educational and spiritual components and provide leadership to youth.

Responsibilities: Create a monthly/annual activities calendar. Develop spiritual, educational and fun activities for Friday and Saturday and also during holidays. Ensure weekly youth programs are offered for all age groups (5 to 17). Ensure safety of youth and volunteers at all times. Ensure that the facilities used remain clean. Authorized to work in U.S

Qualifications: Ability to motivate and inspire youth. Must be able to work with youth. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. Must demonstrate high level of integrity. Authorized to work in U.S

Pay: depends on qualifications. Range $15 to $20 per hour



Primary Function:

  • This full-time position is responsible to the NWICC Board for administering the business affairs of the masjid, working with members and staff to achieve the objectives of the
  • Responsibilities include overall direction for the daily management of the masjid office, the coordination of all human resources, finance, accounting, facilities, maintenance, operations, events scheduling and purchasing.
  • Can maintain discretion and confidentiality as the Masjid Administrator often works with confidential information and conflict

Essential Responsibilities:

Personnel Management

  • Gives general direction to the weekday operation of the masjid to help ensure masjid websites and programs are updated, calendars are updated, bulletins are published and newsletters are published and
  • Responsible for the daily management of the masjid office, including all of human resources for all non-ministerial
  • Sees to the maintenance of all masjid
  • Maintains personnel
  • Assures the masjid’s compliance with federal and state labor
  • Maintains all vacation/leave and work hour totals of employees.
  • Supervise cleaning and maintenance personnel


Financial Management

  • Assist NWICC treasurer in the masjid Finances in the receipt, deposit and disbursement of all masjid funds.
  • Oversees the purchasing process and maintaining vendor
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports to the Board
  • Assist in the administering of the payroll for masjid
  • Works with the masjid accountant to assure all tax reports are promptly paid and timely
  • Open, review and route bills to the correct person or group and secure money and in coming
  • Assist NWICC treasurer in collection and processing of monthly dues and payments from memberships, pledges, Sunday school and other classes.
  • Create and mail tax receipts for all donations.
  • Check and organize mail.


Properties Management

  • Develops and administers policies and procedures concerning the use of all masjid properties, and
  • Works with staff and organizations in coordinating the assignment of classrooms and masjid facilities for meetings and

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent
  • Ability to manage a complex organization and supervise diverse

  • Knowledge of computer systems, including word processing, electronic communication software, membership software, and financial reporting and accounting
